Beat Your Friends with a Modern Warfare 2 Guide

I have done a review of all of the call of duty guides, hints, and advice websites there are out there modern warfare 2 guides. The reason there is so much stuff out there is partly due to people generally wanting to be better at the game. The second reason is because online multiplayer versions have been so successful players have sprung up all around the world.

Which ever title you play, whether it you play the first one released on Playstation 2 or the upcoming Modern Warfare 2 on PS3, guides out there come in all shapes and sizes. You also have videos which have commentary over them - these are often the best, so look out for them. They will give you an insight into the strategy behind the move, and instruction on how to execute it. You can watch videos of people playing, and this can sometimes be really useful - probably not quite so useful if it is a video of a 10 year old kid from America getting himself blown up. There are also thousands of sources out there with written walk throughs with some screen shots attached, these can be really helpful, however it can be hard to get across advanced concepts like this. This can mean pages and pages of strategy that could literally bore you to tears if you tried to read and understand it all!

I think the main reason there has been a lot of interest in modern warfare guides recently is the online multiplayer aspect of the new call of duty titles. The community aspect of the game has strengthened some friendships as well as intensified some rivalries. This rivalry often leads to people wanting to be better than their mates so they can have some bragging rights over the headsets and wind up there buddies next time they see them face to face. I usually go with ā€˜I destroyed and owned your a**!Also, often people want to improve their skills to get recognition - even if they are across the other side of the world. For example, if all your team have all died, and there are 3 enemies defending the bomb. If you somehow kill all three and defuse the bomb you will be a hero in your teams eyes and certainly get the bragging rights that go with it.

A question that is asked time and time again about call of duty is how to find hidden features, and use tricks to get ahead. A good place to start is Youtube - spend just five minutes searching (avoid the bad videos), and it shouldn't be long before you find a few videos that will get you ahead. Another reference is perhaps when you know there are some players on who are semi pro or ones who just talk the talk.

Trying to find a reliable and heavily populated forum can be tough, but if you do then your game will dramatically improve from the good advice of seasoned players. I’m sure that when the new call of duty game comes out on November 11th 2009 there will be plenty of online resources to help you improve your game. I hope you have enjoyed this article.
