Even though a lot of people will have completely differ net views on what the best PS3 game is, I believe that the majority of PS3 users will agree with my decision that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is the best game that has ever been made. It’s the top seller, it has cleaned award ceremonies and got millions of people like you and I completely addicted, and wanting more.
You may say, why choose Call of Duty 4 over Modern Warfare 2, when MW2 is only an improved version of the best seller? My reason is that MW2 is only an improved version. Call of Duty 4 was completely new, and was TWO years before the sequel. So, for its time, it was an unbelievable achievement for Infinity Ward to make such a game.
The multilayer aspect of Call of Duty 4 really defined what the game was about, and this has lead to the fact that online is now the center piece of the Call of Duty games released since. The only thing that will happen the series, is that it will get better, more popular and win more awards.
