Suggestion:
You cannot download any PS3 content found in the PSN Store from a PC and you definitely cannot copy the content onto a CD (which violates the PSN Terms of Service). Sony has never permitted copying Playstation material to a CD for any reason and has been the case since the inception of the PS1. Unfortunately, if something happens to the data, Sony basically says "that sucks for you, buy another copy."
