u can download certain games off there, but they are usually more expensive
its called the PSN store and it has Alot of games you can just buy a ps card with money on it from 20-150 bucks and he can buy what ever
Yeah, he can purchase and download games off the Playstation store. You could get him a PS store gift card so he could spend it in the PS store. You can find them in stores like Gamestop. Or, you could probably just get him a Gamestop gift card.
The PS store has lots of games, but be aware most big new games that are retail-only, at least for a while.
The playstation 3 has its own store preloaded onto the Ps3.
