Suggestion:
You can't do that, if you could game piracy would be rampant. The PlayStation 3 will not play anything except genuine discs and downloads from the PlayStation Store only.

just buy games because i dont think u can download them via pc but im not sure
Check watch Region India is in
e.g. America is region A I think
Australia is Region B I think
India might be C
Then go check what other countries are in that region and if they have a PSN store yu can use
