How to Make a Ps1 Game Suggestion for Download on the Psstore?

I would like know where I can do this. If any know's if the playstation store already has the game Blasto (And I'm not looking hard enough) Please let me know, other wise, where can you go to suggest the store to add it as a downloadable game?? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
