I Want to Download Games?

I want to download Pac-Man World 20th Anniversary for my PC. It is a Playstation game, so i need and ?emulator? IDK if that is correct. (Complete ePSXe – Emulator + BIOS + Plugins) <—– is this an emulator? i have no idea. hopefully someone knows what i am talking about. are there different emulators for different gaming systems. i have other games i want to download from gameboy color/advanced and game cube and things like that. is there a website i can download these free. i had one already but that was are old computer. i kno im not making this up. if you could like put some links up or something and maybe a website i can get the games from that would be AWESOME. hopefully you guys know what im talking about. thanks for the help!
