If I Once Pay for a Game on Playstation Network, Can I Always Just Download It W/o Having to Pay for It Again?

I'm new to PS3, PSN and all that stuff, so I'm asking this in case something happens to the system, or to it's hard drive (resulting in loss of data), or if I delete the game and then one day want to play it again, or if I exchange the hard drive with a bigger one w/o making a backup of the games and data stored on the current one, or if I want to play the same game on a newly purchased PS3 unit – if some of this happens, and I want to play a game that I had already payed for once before (on PSN, of course), do I have to pay for it again, or can I just download it from the download list (or whatever it's called), signing in as the same user, of course??

Suggestion:

Don't worry, you are covered. If you bought a game on PSN before and your system breaks or something, you can download it back again. You can even download it while logged in to your PSN ID on up to 5 separate systems (though remember to uninstall because you only get 5). So the answer to your question is yes.

The only thing this DOES NOT apply to is video, video has different CRM controls and once a video is downloaded, even if you buy it and then something happens you are required to purchase it again. Also if you watch video on your PS3 such as renting or buying movies, don't forget to deactivate your PS3 from video after watching it, otherwise if something happens to it and it becomes unusuable and you get a new PS3 and sign in with your old account you won't be able to get anything from the video store because they tie that to the MAC address of the physical PS3. It gets complicated from there, just remember to deactivate it after every use of video and you wont have to worry about it.
