Is It Possible to Download a Ps3 Game on to a Psp?

I have final fantasy 7 downloaded from the playstation store on my PS3 and I cant figure out how (if possible) to download it on my PSP. A step by step answer would be helpful if its possible

Suggestion:

As long as both devices (PS3 and PSP) are on the same Playstation Network account, you should be able to turn on your PSP, go to the Playstation Store, find FF7 and download it onto your PSP memory. When you are looking through all of the games available for download, there is a little icon in the corner of the ones that you have already downloaded, and that means you don't have to pay for those (because you already have).
