Playstation Action Shooting Game with Real People?

When I was a young kid I owned a PlayStation 1 the one that goes with a CD game. I had these two games one of which was based in a cowboy ranch. It's a shooting game in which you are not visible, you can only shoot the real actors on screen, It's a game like a mini series. I really enjoyed it as a kid. I just forgot the name of the game. The other one was Gangster based in the eighties. It had a mob story behind it and also real people to shoot. Whoever has any info would be helping a lot. And also if possible to download it to play it on PC. Thanks.
