Why Isn't My Playstation Game Downloading?

Ok, so I went out and bought a 20 dollar Psn card and put it in my Ps3. I went to go buy a game (Scott Pilgrim VS. The World) and the transactions went fine but when I went to go download it, it said activating, than it said installing, instead of downloading, and it finished in like 2 seconds. I went and checked my games and it wasn't in there so I went back to the Playstation store and went to my download history and tried again but it just did the same thing! I tried over and over again. I even tried restarting my Playstation and trying it won't download!!! I tried downloading another game after that (Linger in Shadows) and it downloaded fine, but for some reason The Scott Pilgrim VS. The World game will not download!!! Please help!!!!

Suggestion:

Maybe your first download installation got corrupted or messed up. What I would do is, delete all files off your ps3 that say scott pilgrim. First go on xmb to the games area and go up to GAME DATA UTILITY and delete any file in there that says it, probably the first one. Next go to the SAVED DATA UTILITY PS3 and delete all scott pilgrim ones there. Next, try to download again from your download history and see if it works.
