How Can I Fix Ps3 Nat Type 3 Problem ?

how can I fix ps3 NAT type 3 problem ? I did not have type 3 before . my ps3 broke and I took it to the shop and now I have NAT type 3 problem which is internet communication problem . how can I fix this ? please help

Suggestion:

NAT2 (Moderate): Connected via a wireless router (You can still have a NAT1 connection when connected via a router).
