How Do You Fix Ps3 When the Message “ps3 Data is Corrupted”?
Everytime i turn on my ps3 it says ps3 data is corrupted and everytime it finishes restoring it goes straight back the the error message and so on and soo on. How do you fix this problem?
Answer:
You're going to have to go to settings and reset it to factory settings, sync trophies to server before doing so, and save save data on memory stick. Failing this COMPLAIN! or just take it back to the shops.

I would think its just the hard drive. There is a hidden menu that you can try. youtube has the tutorial on it but I will try and tell you.
1. When the system is in stand by mode (red light on only) then press and hold down the on button till the PS3 shuts off.
2. Give it 3 seconds. Now press and hold the the on button on your sony PS3 console this time you will hold it and it will beep. Keep holding it and when you hear the double beep take your finger off the console and a menu should appear.
DO STEP NUMBER 3. They are numbered on the tv screen. They PS3 will do all the work all you have to do is the steps I told you then if number 3 doesnt work go back into the menu all over again and try number 4.

If everything is corrupted you need to purchase a new harddrive if not and its only a gamefile then theirs nothing you can do. Just note that dont ever turn your system off while its saving cause that will mess your hardrive up
try reformating
