Farmville Comment Box – How to Talk to Your Farmville Friends While You Farm

One of the latest FarmVille updates now allows you to talk to your friends and FarmVille neighbors! Communicating with your friends while you are farming adds a great ability to ask for and lend help to one another, or trash talk, without stopping game-play. How do you do it? It is very easy to smack talk and communicate with your FarmVille friends. Just follow these simple steps.

1 – Opening lines of communication

When you sign onto FarmVille you will see a new icon in the upper right corner of the FarmVille application. Click on this and you will open up the FarmVille comment box.

2 – Let’s have some bubbly

Their is a small, purple duologue bubble that should pop up now. This little guy will alert you when you have new comments or other social events on your farm. Updates, special awards, FarmVille ribbons and other items of note will appear her.

3 – Trash talk!

This new comment feature allows you to see if any of your friends has left you any comments. You can also leave comments of your own on your wall so your other neighbors can see them as well. Check their farm out and bash them, or brag about your newest acquisition.

4 – Click, click

When you click on the comment box icon when you are logged onto your own FarmVille farm, you can now see what comments your neighbors have left you. Be prepared to fire a volley back at them! these comment will be listed in the order they were received.

5 – Who’s that on my property?

If you click on the “visits” tab in your comment box, you can see who has been snooping around on your farm. This will also let you know which of your friends has left gifts, fertilized your farm or fed your chickens while you were away.

6 -Check the Avatar (not the movie).

When you receive or leave a comment, avatar bubbles will appear, up to a max of 10. They will resemble whoever left the comment. When you click on an avatar bubble, it will disappear, and the comments menu will open up.

7 – Signs, signs, everywhere signs…

From the comments menu, type what you wish to say on a FarmVille sign you would like to post on your farm, and voila, you have made a sign! Check “Place a signpost” after typing your sign message. Click post, and you have your sign.
