Suggestion:
You are getting only the top part of the phone with the option Multiplayer, correct? You don't have a phone yet in the game. You don't get a phone in the game till you take your cousin Roman to a card game and stay outside to watch for Albanian loan sharks. Then Roman will give you a phone and you can start typing in cheat codes.
