Need Help with Fallout 3 for Playstation 3?

im on the galaxy news radio level and almost done with it but im stuck on the part where you have to get the dish thing but i only have 1 HP POINT LEFT and i keep dying cause theres like 3 super mutants around me one shot and i dye and im pretty sure there isnt any healing stuff around and the only weapons i have are the sledgehammer, low ammo hunting rifles, and other melee weapons so any advice, cheat codes to get maximum health, or good weapons like fat boy or rocket launcher, etc. PLEASE Help!!

Suggestion:

load an old save, or turn the difficulty waaaay down and run like mad.
