Other Than Using a Cheat. How Do I Get the M4 Gun in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas for Playstation 2?

I'm looking for who to kill, or where to find the automatic M4. If you tell me a location I can find it but If it's someone i have to kill, tell me what part of San Andreas it is in please.

Location of the “M4” in GTA San Andreas:

Los Santos – the Los Santos International Airport: By the runway, there where are 3 yellow and white striped ramp shapes, situated between those at the end of the runway.

San Fierro – Palisades: Behind a house near the beach.

Bone County, Area 69: Behind a staircase, leading to the control tower.

Las Venturas – Pilgrim: On the roof of a hotel.

Las Venturas – Four Dragons Casino: If all 50 horseshoes are collected, this is one of the weapons that will appear in front of the Casino.
