Does Anyone Have an Idea of What Video Game This Is?

I remember seeing a review on X-Play. I think they had given it a 3/5 but I was very interested in the game. I dont remember the title. I do remember that it something to do with witches and wizards and was an RPG for the Playstation 2. It was also a 2d game and I remember a dragon attacking this wizard school. Adam Sessler also made remarks to the games storylineand compared it to the Harry Potter storyline. Any help guys?
