How Can I Get an Online Player on Playstation Account Kicked for Good?

Im sick and tired of his constant abuse and harassment. Supposedly another player had him kicked off for 48 hours. but he was right back running his mouth after the 48 was up. This moron will say anything to anyone. no matter age. i have a 7 year old who played under my account and this guy cussed him for 5 minutes. For no reason at all. then proceeded to send 36 messages in 5 minutes. i guess he assumed it was me playing. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to your ps3 main menu (when you start up) and then go to block list and add that ******* name in there so he cant bother you

You would have to call The PlayStation people to get him 'kicked'. I wold block them.
Note- If they are on your friends list, you can't block them.
They may create another account. So do not tell them that you are blocking them.
