it was kind of like a car game, but the goal was to destroy the other person. the cars you could get were like a hotdog and other weird stuff. you could pick up weapons like a halo shooting device (halo like angel) i also remember in one level, you could go onto a teleportation thing and you could go on the moon and see a flying hotel. its rated t i believe, and in the intro there is this big muscular dude and there are like pole dancers around him…so yeah..any help would be appreciated

That sounds like Vigilante 8, made by the team who made Twisted Metal 1 & 2 (I think).
