Playstation 3 Network Trouble?

I accidentally put the wrong email address for my account. How do i change it? I dont want to make a new one and add all my friends i have!! Pleaseee help me!!

Suggestion:

sign into psn
click on account management
click e-mail address and put in the password
put in the new one
you're done

if you forgot the one you used you'll have to create a new user and account
