Playstation Network Help?

I typed in my code and got to the next page but then it said address 1, 2 and 3. Address 1 was already filled out for me, so what am I supposed to do with the other 2 addresses.

Suggestion:

yea go to network settings, than easy than click the wireless than scan than click on ur thing and than type passowrd and there is one more thing i dont remember what it is but you don't need one to use the network
