Playstation Store Help?

I put $20 on my Visa and then I typed in my code in the ps3 shop to try to add funds but it just keeps saying funds were not added. Help. I go to where it says add funds, you know where it says $10.00, $25,00 and $250.000.

Suggestion:

the map pack isnt worth it anyways. once you get it those will be the only maps you play.

im actually thinking about deleting them.
