Ps3 Not Working on Different Tv, It is All Fuzzy?

I went to my grandparents house and connected the cable that supposedly connects the playstation to the tv and all it does is make it a big blur. i went to source and tried everyone and the one that i could, the one that accualy worked just gave me a wierd fuzzy image. But I know its the playstation screen. Please Help!

Suggestion:

Try this. Put the play station in standby mode then hit the button on the system to turn it on and hold it till you hear a second beep that might switch the settings over to that tv.
