Which One is Better? Kinect for the Xbox 360 or Playstation Move?

Which one should I get? I don't know which one to get! Please help!

Suggestion:

Move, yes 360 looks great but I'm an FPS guy too and a controller is something nice to have, but if you're the family guy i think Kinect would be better. But I like my PS3 more than 360 so I wouldn't buy Kinect
