Anyone Ever Returned a Ps3 Game to Amazon Without the Original See-through Wrapping Around the Case?

I've just bought MAG which IMO is quite disappointing. This may seem far-fetched but I want to see if anyone's tried returning a PS3 game back to Amazon and got a full refund despite it not being in it's "original packaging". Your help is very much appreciated!
