Havey Rain Ps3 Game Question?

My save file suddenly was lost there was no saying of corrupted it was just gone iwas in the part where madison was in a bar then when i played it i return to prilogue i tried to find the file but was not there how did this happen help

Suggestion:

If its no longer under saved games, you must have deleted by mistake, or turned off your PS3 before it was saved.
