Suggestion:
I'd like to give you a little piece of advice when it comes to emulation –> get all your emulators from this site: http://www.emulator-zone.com/ that's THE only place where you will find all working emulators that are out now. If its not on this site, it doesn't exist.
Next, the PS3 hasn't been on the market that long. Not long enough for there to be an emulator out for it. They're just barely getting all the bugs out of the PS2 emulator ( http://pcsx2.net/ ), so a PS3 emulator is still a really, really long way away.
Lastly, as far as I know PS3 games can't be ripped yet. But if they can, there is no other technology out there that can play them except the PS3. Not to mention that they'd be extremely huge to be worth downloading. Sorry to break it to you, but someone has to give it to you straight. Hope it helps.
