Ps3 Corrupt Data Please Help!?
Alright so I was on NBA 2K10 online leagues I tried to join then my ps3 frozen the controller ps3 button didn't respond so had to turn it off in the back. And it happened before like I log in the game is always loading it doesn't show friends or messages and when you press start chat it freezes. So I kept doing that then gave it a few hours because that was the solution last time. But then it said that the Hard Disk Was corrupted and it wanted to restore so like I restored it but it always went back to the screen. So what should I do?
Suggestion:
There are a few options:
1. Call customer support to see if there is any way you can fix it
2. (If you have a warranty) call in and ask them to fix it. They will ship you a box where you send it in, you will receive your fixed PlayStation in about a week.
3. Take it to Best Buy and have them fix it for you(for a small fee)
