Also, on COD Modern Warfare 2, the next mission wont load because the games freezes.
I have checked the discs and there are a few fingerprint marks on the back but nothing to serious, is it the discs or my ps3? Should i just return the games?

try getting your playstation looked at and ur games cleaned if thats still not working take it back
