Is Infamous or Infamous 2 Available on Psp or Ps2?

I really want a ps3 but its too expensive. I have psp and ps2. Do they make anything from the Infamous series for it? If not what are some games like Infamous, either ps3, ps2, or psp? (My friend has a ps3 so i can play his sometimes)

those games are fairly new so they are only available for ps3

Infamous and infamous 2 is ps3 game only.
