Is There Any Way to Play Ps2 Games on a Ps3 Slim?

I have a couple that i still like playing but i threw away my ps2. Is there a way besides using the store. Because i have them on discs.

Suggestion:

you can't even get them on PSN. the only older games you can get there are PS1 games.

if your PS3 doesn't play PS2 games, then there is NOTHING you can do to change it. end of story.
