Ps3 Slim Vs Xbox 360 Slim?

So, i'm trying to figure out which one fits my needs best , First i will make a hack on the console to play downloaded games burnt on dvds, there is a store in my country where i can buy copied games (non original) but there are only for Xbox and no Ps3 , If i get the Xbox i will make the hack and will burn the games myself rather than buying them but i don't have many info for the Ps3 , I like both Controllers even if i used PS controllers more , i like more the design of the Ps3 slim but also the Xbox is nice, I love the exclusive games on PS3 like uncharted and God of war , but i think for me the gaming experience and the graphics count most , i don't want to buy one console and play games knowing that the same game will run better on the other , and i would like to know if there's a chip or sth that i can hack my Ps3 to run burnt games. I know that there was a chip for Ps2 that i used but i would need some info on the Ps3 , Thanks in advance.

With burnt games i mean downloaded games from torrents etc. i'm not considering paying any money for the most of games , probably i will buy a couple of original games but i want the console to work mainly with "illegal" games … Thanks in advance

360 is alot cheaper and easier to hack. ps3 you have to mod it and if you mod it you can not connect to the internet ever or risk being perm banned from sony online. 2nd ps3 runs blueray disk games only and for one to play it. you have to make a blueray disk game so u will need a blueray disk writer. the xbox is easy to hack and easy to stay online with modded games and what not. so buy an xbox because ps3's system will not let you do this very easily like microsoft does
